Higley Oasis Waterworks was founded by Douglas Higley in 2020, when the world pandemic peaked. He bought his first drilling equipment from David Cullard, who was selling his business. Since then, Douglas has acquired his Utah Water Well Driller and Pump Installation and Water Well Repair licenses. With our small mobile team, H.O.W. has drilled over one hundred wells in four years. Douglas continues to grow his expertise with geothermal well-drilling techniques, taking yearly classes such as Phase Technologies.
